1. Eligibility
Users must satisfy the eligibility requirements of the Overwolf platform and must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in their place of residence. Users must also meet the applicable eligibility requirements of Battle.net and Overwatch 2 where those services are used.
2. Description of LEMN
LEMN is an independent Overwatch 2 companion application. LEMN may provide an in-game overlay, live allied roster awareness, available opposing hero information, counter and perk recommendations, hero tier information, win-rate, pick-rate and ban-rate information, ban-pick insights, map statistics, patch notes, application settings, and locally stored match history.
LEMN is not affiliated with, sponsored by, operated by, or endorsed by Blizzard Entertainment.
3. Optional Battle.net Authentication
Battle.net sign-in is optional. Some account-related features may require authentication, but users may access the primary desktop and in-game features without signing in. Users are responsible for protecting their Battle.net accounts, devices, and authentication credentials. LEMN does not request users to provide their Battle.net passwords directly to SKR.
4. License to Use LEMN
Subject to compliance with these Terms, SKR grants users a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to install and use LEMN on supported devices.
Except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise, users may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, commercially distribute, copy, reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, bypass technical restrictions, interfere with LEMN's infrastructure, access systems without authorization, or use LEMN for an unlawful purpose.
5. Fair Play and Game Compliance
LEMN is designed to provide guidance without revealing hidden game information or automating gameplay. LEMN does not independently read or scan Overwatch 2 game memory, extract unauthorized data, inject code, modify game files, alter network traffic, automate player actions, simulate keyboard or mouse input, reveal information intentionally hidden from the player, or circumvent restrictions imposed by Overwolf or Blizzard Entertainment.
Opposing hero information is displayed only when the relevant data is available through the approved Overwolf GEP environment assigned to LEMN. Users must comply with the applicable terms, policies, and rules of Overwolf, Blizzard Entertainment, Battle.net, and Overwatch 2.
Users must not use LEMN to cheat, obtain an unauthorized competitive advantage, exploit vulnerabilities, gain unauthorized access, interfere with another user's gameplay or service access, violate applicable laws or platform rules, or circumvent restrictions imposed by SKR, Overwolf, or Blizzard Entertainment.
6. Recommendations and User Responsibility
LEMN's hero, counter, perk, tier, synergy, ban-pick, and statistical information is provided for general gameplay assistance. Recommendations may be based on supported game information, statistical data, application logic, user-visible match conditions, and information entered or selected by the user.
SKR does not guarantee that recommendations will always be accurate, complete, current, or suitable for every match or player. Users remain responsible for their own gameplay decisions and results.
7. Advertising
LEMN may display advertisements through advertising services provided or approved by Overwolf. Advertising and privacy preferences are managed according to applicable law and Overwolf's Consent Management Platform. Depending on the user's consent choices, location, and applicable law, advertisements may be personalized, non-personalized, or limited.
8. Optional Paid Features
SKR may offer optional paid features, premium functionality, or subscriptions in the future. Before a purchase is completed, users will be informed of the applicable price, billing period, included features, renewal conditions, and cancellation method. Paid services may also be subject to additional terms presented at the time of purchase.
9. Third-Party Services
LEMN relies on or may connect to Overwolf, Blizzard Entertainment, Battle.net, Supabase, Overwolf-approved advertising vendors, Discord, external websites, and support services. Third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. SKR is not responsible for third-party content, outages, security incidents, policy changes, technical changes, or actions outside SKR's reasonable control.
10. Intellectual Property
LEMN's software, original design, branding, text, databases, recommendation systems, and other original content are owned by or licensed to SKR. Overwatch, Overwatch 2, Battle.net, Blizzard Entertainment, and related names, logos, characters, images, and assets belong to their respective owners. SKR does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property.
11. Service Availability and Changes
SKR may update, modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue LEMN or any feature for maintenance, security, technical compatibility, legal compliance, platform compliance, game compliance, feature improvement, changes to third-party services, or changes to Overwatch 2 or Overwolf.
SKR does not guarantee that LEMN will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, free of security vulnerabilities, compatible with every device, or compatible with every future version of Overwatch 2 or Overwolf.
12. Suspension and Termination
SKR may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where a user violates these Terms, abuses or misuses LEMN, creates a security or legal risk, attempts unauthorized access, interferes with users or service operation, uses LEMN for cheating or unlawful activity, or violates applicable platform or game rules. Users may stop using LEMN at any time.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LEMN is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. SKR does not guarantee that LEMN will always be available or uninterrupted, free of errors or security vulnerabilities, compatible with every device or software version, or that recommendations will produce a particular gameplay result. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SKR will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use LEMN, reliance on recommendations, service interruptions, technical errors, loss of data or account access, third-party services, policy changes, or unauthorized access outside SKR's reasonable control.
15. Privacy
Information processed through LEMN is governed by the LEMN Privacy Policy. Users should review the Privacy Policy before using LEMN.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer-protection rights available under the laws of the user's place of residence remain unaffected where applicable.
17. Changes to These Terms
SKR may update these Terms to reflect changes to LEMN, application features, business practices, platform requirements, third-party services, or applicable laws. When material changes are made, SKR may provide notice through LEMN, the official LEMN website, or another appropriate method.
