1. Information We Process
Optional Battle.net Authentication
Battle.net sign-in is optional. If a user chooses to sign in, LEMN may receive limited information made available through the authorized authentication process, including a unique Battle.net account identifier, BattleTag or display name, basic profile information included in the approved authentication scope, and session information required to maintain the signed-in state.
LEMN does not request or directly receive the user's Battle.net password.
Gameplay and Overwolf GEP Information
LEMN processes gameplay information required to provide its in-game features. This may include the current map or game mode, match status, the user's selected hero, allied hero selections, hero-selection changes, and opposing hero information when available through the approved Overwolf Game Events Provider environment assigned to LEMN.
LEMN may use this information to display roster context and provide counter, perk, tier, synergy, ban-pick, win-rate, pick-rate, and ban-rate guidance.
LEMN does not independently read or scan Overwatch 2 game memory, access the game process to extract unauthorized information, inject code, modify game files, alter network traffic, automate gameplay actions, simulate keyboard or mouse input, or reveal information intentionally hidden from the player.
Local App Data and Preferences
LEMN may store the following information locally on the user's PC: language, server region, overlay visibility, hotkey settings, display preferences, application settings, supported match results, and match-history records.
Local match history remains on the user's PC unless a synchronization feature is introduced in the future. This policy will be updated before any new server-based match-history or synchronization feature is made available.
Account and Backend Data
LEMN uses Supabase as part of its backend infrastructure. When optional account features are used, Supabase may process limited information required to operate those features, including account identifiers, authentication records, account-linked settings, and information required to operate and secure account-related features. Supabase is not the default storage location for locally stored match history.
Technical and Diagnostic Information
LEMN may process limited technical information required to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the application, including application version, operating-system information, launch and session status, performance information, error messages, crash or diagnostic information, and network status.
Overwolf may separately process platform, installation, performance, advertising, and operational information under its own policies and terms.
2. How We Use Information
SKR may use information to authenticate users who choose Battle.net sign-in; provide desktop and in-game features; display roster information; generate recommendations and statistics; maintain application settings; store local match history; diagnose technical problems; improve performance and stability; protect LEMN and its infrastructure; prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity; deliver and measure advertisements; manage advertising and privacy choices; respond to support and privacy requests; and comply with applicable legal and platform requirements.
3. Advertising and Consent Management
LEMN may display advertisements through advertising services provided or approved by Overwolf. Depending on the user's location, consent choices, and applicable law, Overwolf and approved advertising vendors may process IP address, cookies or similar identifiers, device information, advertising identifiers, advertisement interactions, approximate location, and consent records.
This information may be used to deliver personalized or non-personalized advertisements, measure advertisement performance, prevent advertising fraud, and maintain advertising services. Where required, advertising consent is managed through Overwolf's Consent Management Platform. Users may review or change applicable advertising choices through the Privacy section in LEMN's settings.
4. Data Storage and Retention
Local settings and match-history records remain on the user's PC until deleted by the user, cleared through an available application function, or removed with LEMN's local application data.
Account-related backend information may be retained while the related account or feature remains active. After a verified deletion request, SKR will delete or anonymize information that is no longer required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or backup recovery. Some information may remain temporarily in backups or system logs until normal deletion cycles are completed.
5. Sharing of Information
SKR does not directly sell personal information for monetary payment. Information may be processed by Overwolf; Blizzard Entertainment and Battle.net for optional authentication; Supabase; Overwolf-approved advertising vendors; and technical providers required to operate, maintain, or secure LEMN.
SKR may disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to a lawful request, investigate fraud or security incidents, enforce applicable terms, or protect the rights, safety, property, or security of SKR, LEMN, users, or others.
6. International Data Processing
SKR operates from the Republic of Korea. LEMN's service providers may process information in countries outside the user's country of residence. Where required, SKR and its service providers will use appropriate measures for international data processing and transfers.
7. Data Security
SKR uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure. No online transmission, storage system, or service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. User Rights and Choices
Depending on the user's location and applicable law, users may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing of personal information; object to certain processing; withdraw consent; request information about how personal information is used; or submit a complaint to an applicable data-protection authority.
9. Account and Data Deletion
Users may request deletion of their LEMN account and associated backend information by contacting shaechanjidawn@gmail.com. SKR may request reasonable information to verify the requester and associated account. Local match history and local settings are controlled on the user's PC and must be removed locally.
Deleting information held by LEMN does not automatically delete information independently held by Overwolf, Blizzard Entertainment, Battle.net, Supabase, or advertising vendors.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
LEMN may provide links to the official LEMN website, the LEMN Discord community, Overwolf, Battle.net, Blizzard Entertainment, and other support or community services. SKR is not responsible for the content, security, availability, or privacy practices of third-party services.
11. Gameplay Information and Fair-Play Principles
LEMN is designed to provide information and recommendations without exposing hidden gameplay information or automating player actions. Opposing hero information is displayed only when available through the approved Overwolf GEP environment. LEMN uses publicly available information, user-visible information, user input, and approved Overwolf services.
12. Eligibility and Children's Privacy
LEMN is not directed to children. Because LEMN is distributed through and relies on the Overwolf platform, users must satisfy the applicable Overwolf eligibility requirements and be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in their place of residence.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
SKR may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to LEMN, application features, data practices, service providers, platform requirements, or applicable laws. When material changes are made, SKR may provide notice through LEMN, the official LEMN website, or another appropriate method.
